Located in the vibrant center of plum island, the home we call the Boulevard is located on the main boulevard of the island. Truly in the center of everything - the restaurants, surf shop, ice cream shop, and of course the beach or seconds or minutes away on foot. This is a two unit property rented as a single home for group getaways. There is an upper and lower unit, both with their own kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms.
