Guest access
Oceanside Haven provides two dedicated tandem parking spaces beside the house. Though tight, past guests successfully parked two mid-sized SUVs. In winter, parking is limited to one car. After parking, access the bottom level through the first door via the walkway. For the top level, use the entrance behind the house; walk past the outdoor shower, turn right, and climb stairs.

Upon check-in, follow the private sandy path to your own Salisbury Beach spot to relax, watch sunrises, or enjoy Saturday night fireworks in summer. This is the perfect yearly gathering place to relax, bond, share stories, build memories, and swim with family and friends.

Oceanside Haven is under 1/2 mile from Salisbury Beach's attractions: Salisbury Beach Center, shopping, shows, concerts, ice cream, arcades, historical carousel, boardwalk, and restaurants like Seaglass, Capri, and Surfside.
Other things to note

Trash day is Tuesday. On Monday night, please bring out trash barrels on the left side of the mailboxes (from street). Also next morning, please bring back empty trash barrels to the stowed area - right side of the house (from street). Recycling is every other Tuesday. Trash and recycling pick up are private in Salisbury so you may not see the neighbors’ barrels.

Family fun

The house was very clean. The owners were wonderful with getting back to us in a timely manner when we had questions. The beach was 1 minute walk as stated in the booking. The only negative part that we experienced was the neighbor was rude, but it did not ruin our vacation. Overall I would definitely recommend renting the house.

WONDERFUL

This place was great for us to stay for our son's graduation from SNHU. The place was easy to find. It was super clean, the beds were comfy. To our surprise, there were even kcups and creamers to go with the Keurig! We did have one issue with a lock and the property manager was quick to respond and had it fixed immediately! I hope everyone who chooses to stay here enjoys it as much as we did!

Great communication

The units were nice and very clean. A great coffee/ hot coco station in each unit. A short walk to the beach on a small path between the other houses. The owner answered our questions very quickly via email on the VIRBO site. We would stay again if we plan a trip to this area in the future.

This is my vacation home by the beach. I share a private sandy pathway to the beach with my three neighbors. My home is centrally located at the heart of Salisbury Beach. I am close to New Hampshire and Maine. It is a perfect place for family and friends to gather and make memories.

Oceanside Haven has 1,850 sqft of living space (two levels) with two separate entrances. It features an open concept living, cathedral ceiling with wooden beams, a cozy fireplace, enclosed porch, and a dedicated work space. With 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and 2 twin roll out trundles, this home comfortably sleeps 10 people. After you check-in, follow the private sandy path to your own piece of Salisbury Beach to relax, watch the sunrise or view the fireworks (every Saturday night during summer). This is the home that you will want to return to each year to gather, relax, bond, share stories, build memories, and swim with family and friends.

Oceanside Haven is less than 1/2 a mile from Salisbury Beach's top attractions: Salisbury Beach center, restaurants, shopping, shows, concerts, ice cream, arcades, historical carousel, boardwalk and restaurants such Seaglass, Capri and Surfside.
