The host was always available and answered questions quickly. The amenities were outstanding. It truly did feel like I was staying in a goof friend’s home! And the location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and walking the River walk.

Lovely location and cottage. We stayed for a week and loved everything about the location and the home. We come to Orlando area often to visit family and usually stay in Winter Park. This was our first time in Sanford. We really loved the neighborhood and the comfortable furnishings. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was just wonderful and located in a quiet neighborhood. As advertised, the property was very clean and all amenities were available in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms making this a pleasant for our stay in Sanford Florida. This home does not feel like a rental. It feels like you’re visiting your best friend. Very comfortable furniture,well stocked kitchen, all your bathroom needs and laundry needs. The side porch and patio gives a few options for being outside. Walkable to all Sanford has to offer. We have stayed before and will continue to come back.
