A cozy two-story house great for a family or group get-away. Conveniently located near major cities; Austin, San Antonio and Houston. McKinney Roughs nature park is a couple miles from the house, that features nature trails and activities. In the spring and throughout summer many fun activities, events are held in Austin. South by Southwest, Austin Food and Wine Festival, and many more. Circuit of the Americas is 30 minutes away, hosting concerts, formula one races, motogp, and many more.

The living area is enclosed by a garage door, when its opened, its like being outdoors, the living area is screened-in but still have the exposure of the outside.
