Our guests stay when they're here for an event, festival, or just visiting Austin city without being too close to city sounds. It’s spacious for a solo-traveler or couple, & can fit up to 4 people.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Tiny House for a weekend getaway and to attend a concert at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater. The location was perfect and a short drive after the concert. The house itself was a great value and beds were comfortable. It did take a few hours for the house to cool down once we arrived (note, it was the middle of August). The property was nice. The shower was better than expected. The Tiny House was clean and well organized with hooks strategically placed to hang personal items.

Lovely tiny home, you feel like you are sleeping in nature. Property is well maintained. It’s is very peaceful at night. Perfect location when going to Circuit of Americas.

This tiny house property is charming, cozy and well kept as advertised. Very clean with basic amenities including a fridge and a good tankless water heater. Terms were reasonable, host was friendly and communicative, offering help with any concerns or issues while respecting our privacy. no sense of intrusion or miscommunication. We were very comfortable in the space as a family of four.The only downside is the property location, which is what it is - a daily drive past the airport for most local attractions and activities. Several of the adjoining properties are not well kept, and like most places in the country dogs run fairly free. However, we encountered no safety issues and when the weather turned bad during our stay, the place kept us snug and dry. Thanks again!

Location for COTA is good. Shame the property hasn’t been cleaned from the guests before. Slept in bed, dirty sheets, dirty towels left, dirts socks left. I had to sleep on the couch. I reached out to Expedia in order to give the owner the chance to speak to me, however haven’t heard anything since.

Owner was very nice, property wasn’t

The place was very dirty. There’s a hole in the ground that you can see the outside ground through. There was a moldy funk under the shower mat. I found a French fry on the ground. The owner gave us a full refund after several calls to Vrbo and lots of wasted time. I’ll not be staying at any Vrbo property again.

Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm. Downstairs was perfectly cold in the bed but the a/c built into the wall need somework done to it, it vibrates and causes some affect as the provided fan. After writing this I almost feel like I should give it less stars but I think during spring or falls when a/c isn't needed much this place is probably amazing!

The place is a pretty house to stay, but needs more cleaning, especially under the surfaces and windows. The bathroom was ok but needs more cleaning. The exterior of the house also needs a little more cleaning, there is a lot of grass below and around the entrance. The AC and the water heater are good.
