• Fourth Bedroom: Single/Single Bunk Bed* and a Double/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 4, *top bunk not suitable for an adult)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. The fully fenced yard, with a height of 5ft at its lowest point, no gap, provides a safe and secure space for your furry friends to roam, complete with a grassed area.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.
