Beautiful Cayucos Condo with Upgraded Amenities and Amazing Views!

Welcome to a La Maisonette! This luxury Cayucos home blends our local coastal living vibe with a touch of casual French country, located in the numbered streets near downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. Available as a vacation rental or short-term rental.

The breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean including picturesque Morro Rock from inside the home and the large veranda off the living room. You can dine outdoors, enjoy the gorgeous sunsets, or just relax in the sun.

As newer construction, you'll find lots of upgrades and high-end fixtures throughout, including hardwood and tile floors. The chef's kitchen has modern tools and appliances you need to prepare gourmet meals or just kick back with takeout from one of our local restaurants.

The owner's suite offers a queen bed, crisp linens, a gorgeous walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and separate private deck and the second bedroom with queen bed is near an additional full bathroom.

Other amenities include a full-sized washer/dryer, double garage with vaulted ceilings, bar seating plus full-sized dining table, all interior linens and beach towels, flat screen TV with Roku device, puzzles, games, and books. Smoke-free and pet-free home. Requires use of stairs to access the home. Once you are upstairs, the unit is all one level.

You'll be close to beach access stairs and there is an outdoor shower for sandy toes and beach gear.

This property was great. We had a few minor issues with the drains in the sinks but overall great location and the place was clean and big enough for our family.

Pleasant and very quite

We had a wonderful time in this lovely place. The house is great and we stayed there for a long 4 weeks; so that we noticed some things we wished we had like: Better TV connection, lounge chairs on the Deck, better drainage in sone of the plumbing system,, broom, mop and dust pan.

Another great weekend in Cayucos!

We are never disappointed when visiting Cayucos and this trip was no exception. This property was perfect for us. Extremely comfortable, close to downtown, a block from the beach, private, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, and garage parking. The property management team was a pleasure to work with. This unique home is called "La Maisonette" because it reminds us of features you might find in a French country cottage, but with our special California coastal flair. Many people love staying in Cayucos in "the numbered streets" (those homes south of downtown on the west side of Ocean Ave).

What makes this property unique

The west-facing views are second-to-none and you'll be away from the main bustle of downtown (if anywhere in our sleepy beach town is bustling) but close to our amenities. It's a great place to stay for groups of four or less when you don't need a large vacation rental home but still enjoy the finer amenities.
