This property, which was advertised with photos, did not exist, we arrived to begin the rental and the property at the address provided did not look like the advertised photo and it was a residential, not a rental property. We then had to try and find another rental at short notice which was difficult and upsetting, especially as we were in Cambridge for the funeral of my sister who had passed away unexpectedly.
