Location Location. Renovated ground floor unit. 4 minute/200mtrs to the beach/oceanway. 450 mtrs walk to the tram. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a twist - a privacy curtain for the sofa bed lounge is great for children or adults. Tastefully renovated to include all full size appliances you would expect from a larger home to offer. A comfy king bed in the primary bedroom and smart TV's on lounge and bedroom wall adds a slice of luxury to the unit. Enjoy the best or Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. Full washer and dryer After staying in a lot of apartments on our travels, We set out to design a smaller unit to have the feel of luxury and have all the amenities the household needs to offer a great stay for guests. You will definitely feel like you are on a break and the location is second to none. The TV/storage unit in the lounge room has plenty of storage if you were to stay for a while. The kitchen is very functional with all new appliances. The dining table can serve as an office desk also, or be dropped to save space if not needed. The bathroom offers a great shower and the Bed offers a great sleep. We learnt what was important to have on offer from our stays All of the unit and patio is available to use. You are welcome to use the heated pool / BBQ area on offer. The carpark is a great size and you are free to use Carpark . I live close if anything urgent was to come up

A very cozy place with everything I needed, close to friends, and didn't cost the world. Plus the host was really communicative and helped ensure everything was smooth and easy to do.
We loved our stay at Coastline Escape. The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. Located in a quiet area in close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our hosts Tim and Melissa were friendly and great communicators. We would definitely chose to stay again.

I live at Broadbeach, so I'm generally able to respond to urgent situations quickly. I became a host and love being a host that provides a great stay for everyone. I have myself done a lot of travelling with my wife and we have experienced all types of properties on our travels. I hope to be bringing the good experiences I have had, over the years.
Why they chose this property
The Gold Coast offers soo much to everyone. From just relaxing, to adrenalin activities. The weather is really nice all year around. Personally I like being near the ocean, and the oceanway path allows time to spend near the beach all year around
What makes this property unique
Being able to renovate, we had the ability to introduce a little luxury, without breaking the bank. The big comfy bed with the big wall mounted TV's, Classy furniture, Nice Kitchen and bathroom finish the feel. Being a ground floor unit with it's own entry from outside the unit is a breath of fresh air. Add the close access to the beach, all packaged at a reasonable price is a nice surprise. The unit is aimed at allowing families with primarily 1 child, to go on a nice holiday. The privacy of the bedroom and the privacy curtain are a nice bonus.
