Located at the entrance to BANYULS-SUR-Mer in a quiet residence close to the beach, this apartment will be the ideal place for a successful family vacation! Equipped for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, it consists of a living room opening onto a first terrace, an equipped kitchen area (filter coffee maker), two bedrooms including access to the terrace, a bathroom with WC. Located near Elmes beach, which you can admire from the terraces, you can get there on foot with complete peace of mind. The two terraces will also allow you to enjoy breakfast practically with your feet in the water. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful region! Bel appartement face mer

Idéalement placé devant un belle plage. Vue splendide de la terrasse. Apparemment propre, bien agencé, bien équipé..... Attention pas de place de parking avec l'appartement mais possibilité de connaître les appartements vide en discutant avec les résidents afin de pouvoir se garer à cette place de parking..

Agréable Séjour

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour. Entre montagne et mer, la vue de cet appartement est très belle. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour des vacances en famille.
