Designer decorated ground floor 3 bed, 2 bath 1800 sq ft condo with walkouts to private patios overlooking the pool that includes 3 infinite edges, a swim up bar, restaurant and a view of the ocean.

My wife and I enjoy views of the gardens, the pools or the ocean from every room. We love that the Condo is located on the west side of the Playa Grande resort letting us have our morning coffee, breakfast and lunch on the patio before the sun becomes too hot and by mid afternoon our building provides some shade from the mid day heat.

Everyday unforgettable sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the beach, the pool deck pr are patio. As the sun is setting we recommend guests taking there favorite beverage of choice and head up to the roof top palapa's for a view of the ocean that stretches for miles.

We find the Barra area has great dining options for very reasonable prices. You can cross the pool bridge and have light meals at the pool bar, you walk down the beach to locally owned and run beachfront restaurants like la Sirena Gordita and Palmera Negra or take a really short drive to the town of Colimilla for more great local options or go big and enjoy fine dining of the Grand Isla Navidad Resort.

The towns of Barra da Navidad and Melaque are less than 15 minutes by car and have shopping, dining, music and dancing.

Note: If you are in Colimilla you can hop on a water taxi for 50 pesos and be in downtown Barra in 5 minutes.
