This property has some of the most outstanding views of any property we’ve ever stayed at. If anything, the location are exceeded the description in the listing. The house was expansive with wonderful room to enjoy the views. I would suggest that the master bed mattress be changed And extra linens provided. There was no top sheet on the master bed. Other than that, the property and our stay was excellent.

Upkeep needed
I will say that the master bedroom mattress was almost intolerable to sleep on. The mattress is old and worn. We were not grilling, however, if we had we would not have been able to use it. It was filthy. The grill and island need a deep clean.Your watering system is waisting water. There is a leak in the front line and water is going all over the place.

From the owner: Hi Trudy, we are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations.
- We apologize for the inconvenience. A sprinkler head fell off the sprinkler system, and maintenance went immediately to the property to get this fixed.
- We were not aware of the grill's condition, but will address this right away.
- The bed is a Select Comfort (high-end mattress) controlled by remote and should adjust to all comfort levels.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
Rio Rico property is associated with VRBO and Evolve
The property was as advertised, specific to the size of the home and it's location. However, despite communication with the owner of the home specific to HEATING problems during the first three days of our stay, it still took repeated (3) visits from repairmen to fix the HEATING problem. Professional Heating repair, conducted by "Trane" (a well-known Heating contractor) did fix the problem on day 4 of our 7 day stay. When I notified the Property Management Company (Evolve) of this problem after vacating the home, Evolve just gave me the run-around by e-mail when I requested a 10% refund. I'll never deal with Evolve again, even if they are associated with VRBO. Lastly, I'm sure the hosts are great people, and it's unfortunate they are involved with Evolve as a Property Management Company. In my opinion, of course.

Hi Larry, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry you experienced heating issues during the first part of your visit. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and wanted to share the following:– We regret the inconvenience with the heating system and did our best to have it taken care of quickly. It took multiple visits, but a licensed contractor was ultimately able to complete the repair during your stay.– From our team at Evolve, we worked closely with you and the homeowner to provide a partial refund in line with industry standards for the disruption. Thanks for your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests.
