Quiet Ground Level Suite

Relax with the whole family at our eco-friendly, suite—a bright and spacious ground-level retreat in a central location. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast before exploring Layritz Park, with its trails, baseball and soccer fields, and plenty of space for kids to play. The suite is powered by solar panels and has a heat pump, to minimize environmental impact. Just a 15min drive to downtown Victoria, it’s the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and convenience!

The space:
The bedroom includes a full-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and the option to add a twin bed or crib upon request—perfect for families or small groups. The kitchenette is compact yet functional, featuring a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living area offers a reclinable sofa and a smart TV for relaxing evenings, while the dining area includes a four-place dining table. The suite has two bathrooms: a 4-piece ensuite with a walk-in shower and tub, and an additional 2-piece powder room for convenience. For families, a crib and high chair are available upon request to make your stay even more comfortable.

Quiet comfortable suite

I am a gardener so loved the flowering shrubs linking the walkway to the suite entrance. Nice neighborhood and convenient for my family visits and shopping. Suite is a good size and comfortable. I sat out in the gazebo one afternoon to listen to the birds. All in all this suited me very well and I will return for another visit if available.

Clean, spacious and welcoming

We really enjoyed our stay. The first thing you see when you walk in is a beautiful garden, you can hear the birds in the morning when you walk outside. The host has a variety of pamphlets with things to do and maps of Victoria and surroundings which was very helpful to plan our day. The stay comes with lots of entertainment options from streaming, books and games. Also, it was very handy to have 2 bathrooms. We would definitely book again.

The suite was neat and clean with a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy in the afternoon or with your morning coffee.
