The guest suite was lovely and perfect for our family with lots of space. Kate and her family were also incredibly nice allowing our older daughter to play outside in their yard. The home is also located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood that is located close to parks, the bench and shops. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Victoria!

The property was beautiful inside and out.Kate met us upon check-in and was very welcoming. She provided us with helpful suggestions on what to do and where to find great coffee in the area. The property was very secure, which was a relief for us as we were in the process of moving our daughter and had all of her belongings in the vehicle. If we have the opportunity to visit Victoria again, we would be grateful to stay here!

This was a beautiful and welcoming space. The host was very thorough with preparing it for us, was quick to respond to messages and not full of prescriptions about how to leave it behind. Would stay there again.

Requested that the owner extend our booking. She agreed to, but forgot to actually do it, nearly causing a disaster on our trip. We got extremely lucky and found another last minute booking that was able to accomadate us. No idea what the location itself is but the hosts communication and follow through were very disapointing.

Excellent property for a family. It was exceptionally well equipped in kitchen and bathrooms, spacious, multiple bed options, lit stairs and had candy! Laundry was super quiet and convenient as we were there for sports tournament. Only area of improvement is Internet was a bit spotty. Would not hesitate to recommend this property. We travel lots and this property definitely enhanced our stay!
