Charming 1 bedroom, ideal for a single person or couple, located in beautiful Fairfield; there is something here for everyone to enjoy!
Located in a tree-lined, quiet residential area, this highly walkable and sought after location is just 2 blocks from the ocean, Cook Street Village, Beacon Hill Park, and a 20-minute walk to downtown.
Cook Street Village offers a lively local scene: amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, food trucks, groceries, and more!
Cozy, clean, bright and beautiful. Perfectly located on a gorgeous, tree-lined, and flower-filled walkable area. A perfect space to land after a day of exploring the city.
Situated at the end of a tranquil road near May & Moss Street, the nicely renovated space offers a fresh and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1-living room setup.
Guests have their own access through the front french doors. The space offers lots of natural light and an open and airy feel.
The front yard boasts many trees and flowers, including plum, magnolia, maple, lilac, and eucalyptus trees.
Accommodation Details:
The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and an entryway bench with coat rack. The updated bathroom includes basic toiletries.
Amenities include: Smart TV with Netflix, dining table for two, Keurig coffee maker, filtered water, a spacious wardrobe, a small fridge, plenty of plug-ins and a private front patio.
Everything you need will be available, such as basic dishes, towels, face towels, extra blankets, basic toiletries, a blow dryer, etc.
We use unscented products, when possible, for those with fragrance sensitivity.
Sound: We live upstairs, and while we are quiet people, some noise will transfer on occasion.
Safety measures include a smoke/carbon dioxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a secure entrance. The neighbourhood is quiet and exceptionally safe.
Transportation and Parking:
There is plenty of street parking available. The city bus stop is conveniently located one block away.

The space is in an excellent location, close to many local landmarks within walking distance:
- Dallas Road: the famous walkway is perfect for a stroll, bike ride, or jog. Great views, magnificent sunsets, dog parks.
- Clover Point, Ross Bay Beach, and Moss Rock Park: stunning panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca, all a short walk away.
- Beacon Hill Park: sprawling gardens, ponds, sculptures, local wildlife, petting zoo, seasonal outdoor events, music and performances, and forest walks.
- Cook Street Village: Lively local atmosphere offers trendy shops, cozy coffee spots, bakeries, fantastic restaurants, and a vibrant arts scene.
