Great location. Walking distance to the beach and Duke St shops. Clean and tidy. Great place for a quick getaway with the furkids.

Our stay was very good; once we 'got past' the presentation of the car parking area where there was a tethered boat (no issue) & a broken basketball stand & general rubbish, the inside of the property was very good - fully renovated & very comfortable. The inclusion of a coffee plunger & ground coffee was appreciated. The only downside was the bar fridge, which would be a challenge if you were staying several days & wanted to cook meals.All up a great location & comfortable spot.

Love Sunshine Beach, stay here allot. The property is in a good location, 10 minutes walk to centre and Beach. The property is ok. We were confused by the towels on arrival and these seem more like throws than towels. I think some effort with the outside area would be nice. The property is ok for a short stay, I just don’t feel like allot of effort has been made in providing things like nice towels and maybe a throw for the sofa as apposed to a bed sheet. I would understand if it was a budget stay however at over 700 for 2 nights. Washing machine in an outside shared facility which again could have been presented a little better. Maybe I have too high expectations. Overall, comfortable and quiet. Last minute booking..
