Upon your arrival, you'll find that checking in is easy and secure with our Google Yale keypad locks at both the front and side doors. No need to worry about keys—simply press the Yale logo, enter your unique door code, and press the check mark to unlock. Your code can be found in the Airbnb app. When you're heading out, just close the door and press the Yale logo to lock it.

As you step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room area. You’ll find our house manual, local recommendations, and a welcome video, all available for viewing on an interactive tablet securely mounted to the wall on the main floor.

The kitchen includes several amenities, such as a gas stovetop, dishwasher, a large fridge with a built-in ice dispenser, an air fryer, a touchless hand soap dispenser, and more.

Your sleeping accommodations include three modern bedrooms: one with a luxurious king-sized bed, another with a cozy queen-sized bed, and a third with a twin-sized bed, ensuring a restful sleep for all. Rooms also include wireless phone charging and traditional phone charging ports.

This property also features two full bathrooms, and an additional half bathroom.

One of the full bathrooms is directly connected to the primary bedroom, as a private en-suite experience. This bathroom features dual sinks, touchless soap dispensers, a modern standup shower, and a soaking tub, where you can sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine.

Cleansing shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available at the push of a button with modern built-in dispensers, located in both showers.

The home’s water heating system is powered by a state-of-the-art tankless water heater, providing unlimited hot water on demand. In other words, you could easily run the dishwasher, all showers and faucets, and the laundry machine for an extended period of time, and never run out of hot water.

Speaking of laundry facilities, you’ll also enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry amenities.

This property’s washing machine is a high-efficiency Samsung front-loading washer with multiple cycle options, to ensure your clothes stay fresh. You’ll also find a powerful Samsung dryer equipped with sensor dry technology, so your laundry will come out clean and ready to wear.

For those driving electric vehicles, an EV charger is conveniently located in the carport. EV charging is provided at no extra cost, which means you are welcome to use the charger on an unlimited basis for the duration of your stay.

Although the charging cable is compatible with a variety of electric vehicles, for guests interested in charging their Tesla Models 3, Y, S, and X, remember to use your J1772 adapter included in your Tesla purchase. If you don’t have one, simply contact your host, and we’ll bring this type of adapter to you. Again, there is no extra fee to use the adapter or the EV charger.

And while we’re on the topic of automotive convenience, this property has one of the largest driveways on the street. That means you’ll be able to comfortably park multiple vehicles, and even recreational vehicles or trailers.

Heading back inside, enhance your stay with smart home features, such as Alexa-controlled lighting, allowing you to adjust the ambiance with simple voice commands. You can also ask Alexa about the weather, news, or other information.

We’ve even made connecting to the wifi an effortless experience. Simply scan the QR code located on the large poster on the main floor, and your phone will automatically connect to the wifi with no password required. If you prefer to log in the old-fashioned way, then simply use the network and password provided to you upon booking. Once you’re connected, you’ll enjoy the incredible speeds of the Bell Fibe network.

Your accommodations also include a dedicated home gym, where you can achieve your best workout without leaving the house.

In the gym, you’ll find a Powertec Workbench MultiPress, featuring isolateral arms for balanced strength training and a smooth, controlled press. This versatile machine allows you to train with precision, stability, and full range of motion—perfect for both beginners and advanced lifters.

You’ll also find a DMASUN Magnetic Resistance Exercise Bike. Designed for all fitness levels, this bike features adjustable resistance and a comfortable seat. The magnetic system ensures a whisper-quiet workout, so you can exercise anytime without disturbing others.

There are a total of four TVs throughout the house. The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted Samsung 65in 4K Smart TV, but you’ll find our most impressive entertainment experience in the gaming room, located in this home’s lower level.

This home theatre features an LG 75in 4 K ultra H D smart TV. Its large size and crystal clear picture pairs well with a 300-Watt J B L soundbar, equipped with a 6.5 inch wireless subwoofer. Together, these amenities create a truly immersive experience.

An Xbox Series S is also included with your stay, which includes a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. This tier level is the highest Game Pass membership offered by Microsoft, and includes access to hundreds of high-quality games, online multiplayer, and an EA Play Membership.

Whether you’re enjoying a movie with your family, or playing a round of video games, you’ll do so from the comfort of a theatre-quality leather couch, equipped with convenient control panels on both sides, which can be used to adjust each seat’s headrest, or raise your footrest while you recline to your desired comfort level. For a modern touch, simply double-tap the edge of the cup holders to activate the couch’s luminescent blue LED lights.

But movies and games aren’t the only amenities you’ll find in this room, you can also enjoy a nice karaoke evening with friends and family by powering up the Moukey Karaoke Machine, which boasts a powerful 540W peak output with a 10-inch subwoofer that ensures rich, clear sound quality, enhancing both music playback and vocal performances. It’s also equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, allowing guests to wirelessly stream music from their devices. This system also features colorful DJ lights that sync to the beat of the music, creating an authentic party atmosphere. For an even better musical experience, while you sing into the mic, feel free to play your favourite karaoke songs on the Youtube app, found in the TV menu or Xbox menu. And while we’re on the topic of streaming services, you won’t have to worry about logging into your favourite services, since the living room TV and game room TV are already subscribed to Netflix, Apple TV+, Crave, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Youtube Premium.

Don’t feel like being stuck inside all day? Feel free to grab some fire logs in the backyard, light up the fire pit, and enjoy some great conversations with friends. You’ll also have the peace of mind of knowing that our fire pit has been inspected and approved by the fire department, and a valid burn permit is posted inside the home.

And while we’re on the topic of trust and safety, we’re proud to inform our guests that this home is a fully licensed establishment under the City of Sault Ste. Marie’s short-term rental by-laws. This means that the property has been thoroughly inspected by the City’s building department and the fire department. Moreover, your hosts have undergone a detailed Level 2 background check prior to receiving their short-term rental license. In other words, you can rest easy knowing that both your vacation rental and your hosts have been screened and vetted by City authorities.
