Great for 2 couples or a couple with an older child. Not suitable for toddlers.

Access to all resort amenities including pool, hot tub, waterfront gas firepits, seasonal use of kayaks, SUPs & more.

The space
Bright, spacious 1400 sqft, 2 bedroom top floor condo, beautifully renovated and immaculately clean.
Central heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. Skylights create a bright open space year round.
Panoramic ocean views from the new open concept kitchen, living and dining areas.
Master bedroom with brand new king size bed, gas fireplace, and sliding doors to the the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.
Spa like master ensuite with walk-in shower and freestanding soaker tub.
Second bedroom also with new king sized bed. Full second bathroom.
Dedicated laptop friendly work spaces in both bedrooms, ideal for remote work.
Large sunny oceanfront patio off the living room features comfortable lounge seating for 4, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Patios off both bedrooms provide quiet shady retreats.
Top floor unit so there are stairs to access the suite (about 7).

Resort amenities include indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, table tennis, billiards, pickleball, outdoor kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, shared BBQ, oceanfront firepits. Seasonal use of kayaks and SUPs. Spa and physiotherapy onsite. Many nearby golf courses.

Conveniently located mid-island, allows for easy exploration. Just a 5-10 minute drive to Rathtrevor Provincial Park and the town of Parksville. 20 minutes from Nanaimo and 2 hours from both Victoria and Tofino.

House Rules:
Only registered guests and owners permitted on the property.
No smoking or vaping inside or outside the condo.
No pets.
No parties or events.
No loud music.
Quiet time between 10pm and 8 am.
Children must be supervised on resort grounds by an adult.
Most suitable for adults and children over 6, but don’t hesitate to ask us about your group.
