Wake up to breathtaking oceanfront views at our bright, freshly renovated, ground-level condo, featuring modern décor, plush king beds, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and stylish new furniture. Sip your morning coffee on the private main bedroom deck, or gather on the main deck to watch the sunrise, soak in the scenery, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the waves. For added comfort, our spa robes and beach towels are included, so you can move seamlessly from the condo to the water or pool.

Step outside, and nature becomes your playground. The partially sheltered cove is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water, with a boat launch less than a minute’s walk away for easy access to the bay. Families and kids will love our large, beautifully maintained grounds, perfect for running, playing, and letting off energy while adults relax in the sunshine.

Included with your stay our resort amenities, designed to make every day special: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, gym, pickleball courts, outdoor kids’ play area, games room with pool and ping pong, and cozy fire pits with BBQs. When hunger strikes, the onsite restaurant, Blue Moon Rising Bar & Grill, is just under 2 minutes from our door for convenient dining.

Inside the condo, comfort meets convenience. One of the few units in the resort with a full heat pump for AC and heating, your stay will be cozy in any season. Ground-level access makes moving in and out effortless, and self check-in with a personal smart lock code ensures a smooth arrival.

The location strikes the perfect balance: Parksville is less than 20 minutes away, offering shops, cafes, and local attractions, while our condo provides a peaceful waterfront retreat. Haven By the Sea was a dream come true. What a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean, pools, and nature. The home is luxurious and roomy and was able to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids with lots of space for everyone. Communication with the host was exceptional. We hope this will be the first of many visits here.

Highly recommend! I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and the attention to detail, communication, willingness to provide for the guest has never been this good. Randy certainly goes above & beyond. There are beautiful, unobstructed ocean views from window, door, patios, etc. The location felt very private. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, living room extremely cozy. The complex has much to offer although we didn’t have time to use anything. The on-site restaurant was great! Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this beautiful space, from the decor and cleanliness to the appliances- the hosts have thought of it all. It is a perfect peaceful getaway for your family. Looking forward to coming back!

Great getaway

We enjoyed the unit and the fact that your patio looked out onto the bay. The grounds/flowers were lovely and the walking paths were great. The resort as a whole is showing its age, the gym is filled with older equipment and the resort entrance is dated, window frames/screens need replacing, etc. The unit itself is upgraded with the exception of the bathrooms, otherwise the unit was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was great.

Beautiful Inside and Out

Haven by the Sea is beautiful! The renovations and decorating are gorgeous (with the exception of the bath and shower which hadn't been done...yet). The rooms are large and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the best features of this property was the front outside sitting areas on the main living room and the master bedroom side. The view of the water was wonderful and there were many places to walk to. We only wished a small gas fireplace was outside as we stayed in October. Overall this was a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Great place with amazing view

Property was excellent & spacious, no issues at all, much better than the pictures. Only issue we had at the check out. The cleaning lady was in the unit at 11:02am, no knocking or anything, was very rude ,started baning the bath room door while my wife was changing. I told her we will be out inn 5 to 10 minutes & she started yelling asking us to get out. Left avery bad etaste.
