We rented this home while attending the Chris Stapleton concert at the Gorge during one of the hottest weekends of the summer. We specifically chose a home with central air so we could cool off and get a good night’s sleep after spending the day in the heat.Unfortunately, we were never informed that the central air conditioning was not working. The home has four upstairs bedrooms but only two portable A/C units, leaving two bedrooms uncomfortably warm at night. Had we known this before our stay, we would have booked a different property.One member of our group was especially looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub during the cool early morning hours. Unfortunately, this advertised amenity was also not operational despite following the owner’s instructions. The freezer did not keep food frozen, the garbage disposal was not working, and the home was not as clean as expected. Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies were also missing.To the homeowners’ credit, they responded promptly and courteously to our messages. However, the major issues were not resolved during our stay.This property has potential, but it needs better maintenance and transparency. If major amenities such as central air conditioning are unavailable, guests should be notified before arrival so they can make an informed booking decision.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, and we're glad the communication during your stay came through clearly. We're sorry the notice about the central A/C didn't reach you before arrival, that's on us. The main unit has been down due to the extreme summer heat, so we've added portable and window A/C units to every bedroom and sitting room to help guests stay cool while a full repair is arranged. We checked the hot tub and it's currently operating normally. The garbage disposal issue is being addressed. We take cleanliness and stocked supplies seriously and will be reviewing our turnover process to make sure the home is fully ready for the next guests. We're glad the location and check-in worked well for your trip and hope future stays reflect the improvements we're making.

Great host, beautiful house, perfect location!!

Outstanding communication from the home owner. The house was exactly as pictured. Large home. Perfectly setup for a large family including an adorable princess bedroom for the princesses in your family. My grand daughters loved it! Excellent location, easily accessible from the freeway and anywhere you need to go in town. Made our stay in Moses Lake very enjoyable!I will admit I was a little worried when I booked it based on one previous renters comments. But I did not find any of what that renter said to be true. I definitely recommend And will rent it again when I return to WA next!!!

Beware!

House does not match description. Checked in the first day of our stay and had to go rent a hotel for the first night. The kitchen was disgusting, along with the bathrooms and back porch. The house looked at if someone was living in it and just picked up and left when it was rented. BBQ doesn’t work like description says and looks like it hasn’t been used in years, there was still food in fridge, garbage in the trash can and the sick towels looked like they hadn’t been washed in months. We also found a camera on the side table by the recliner. There were many things wrong with this place, we were suppose to stay for a little over a month but only stayed a week, and received a full refund. We only stayed that long because the owner didn’t want to do a refund at first. I could go on about this place and wish I could post all the photos I took, to ahow how the house really is. But just beware before renting this house
