Why they chose this property

Spring Lake is one of Sebring's quieter communities, which is exactly what drew us to it. It's tucked away from the busy roads but still just a short drive to everything: the Sebring International Golf Resort is practically around the corner, downtown Sebring and Lake Jackson are about 12 minutes away, and Highlands Hammock State Park is close by for anyone who loves hiking through old-growth cypress trees. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and friendly, with well-kept homes and a real small-town Florida feel.
