Upon entering our property you will instantly feel relaxed with multiple places to hang out, have conversations or watch the kids play in a safe - fully enclosed yard with beautiful views and sunsets.

MAIN BEDROOM: 1 king bed with Ensuite and balcony * ceiling fan
BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds which can sleep adults but also perfect for little ones with play toys, play kitchen, cubby and outdoor swing.

LOUNGE: large 8 seater lounge area with Netflix and YouTube along with board games galore * air con * no free to air channels
KITCHEN: open plan onto the lounge and dining with all the usual family household things and a coffee machine to save morning coffee runs * air con

LAUNDRY/3RD BATHROOM with washer and dryer - clothes line just outside the laundry door
RUMPUS: smaller 2nd TV room with blockout curtains for that cinema feel. Cabinets are fully stocked with board games and Barbie ( to go with the dream house) plus a 2nd tv to watch Netflix/YouTube * ceiling fan
BEDROOM 3 : 1 double bed and is like a mini studio room - very spacious ….It also has it’s own outside door access * ceiling fan
BEDROOM 4 : sleeps 3 kids or adults and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail
*use at your own risk should you sleep anyone under 9. * ceiling fan
OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course and gazebo with lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards and is fully enclosed.
*We can move the single bed from the smaller upstairs bedroom into the studio room downstairs to sleep in the same room as the double bed should you wish to sleep 3 people in this room.

I love hosting our holiday property and I’m big on surprise additions and helping out with any requests. I’m an OCD clean freak and love gardening and home styling.
Why they chose this property
We love the Tweed Valley. It’s close enough to everything but far enough away from the main hustle and bustle. It’s relaxing, green, tropical and a walking distance to IGA, sushi, Thai, hairdresser, coffee, bottle shop, wood fired pizza and Pavillions Hotel so no UBER needed.
What makes this property unique
Our property is warm and inviting and will make anyone visiting feel instantly relaxed - like they’re at a home away from home. It’s perfect for a wedding party or wedding guests as the main lounge area is huge with lots of natural light for make up and getting ready. We have so many toys and extras for kids and a very well stocked kitchen incl pantry to help when eating in.
With multiple spots to sit and relax along with lots of things both for sunny and rainy days to entertain the kids (or the adults) you’ll love staying at TweedValley Treehouse
