Originally built in 1881, this 4-bedroom home has been maintained and updated over the years to provide that classic Chautauqua experience. All bedrooms and the full bath are on the 2nd level along with a screened in balcony. AC units are in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, you have a private washer/dryer unit, espresso maker with complimentary pods, an outdoor propane grill, WiFi, and complimentary Netflix on the smart TV! Cook in the modern kitchen, dine at the spacious dining table, and relax in the comfy living room. There's also a half bath on the first level, just off the kitchen. Shared front porch with rockers complete the full CHQ experience! Bring the family and the pup!
