Quiet off season getaway. Enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening after a day of exploring the area and also spent time in the peaceful yard watching the birds at the feeder or the ducks in the creek. The house was stocked well and decorated for fall. Very welcoming.
One bed was too soft for my wife. We rolled into the middle. West side of property.Loved the Dicks and the very pleasant view of the creek and wood lot.
The place matched the pictures in the description plus it was clean, close to the lake, close to our plans, it was perfect and Erik was a great host, who replied right away, keyless entry made things easy too.
My wife and i stayed 2 nights and thiroughly enjoyed our time! We loved the cottage experience! The place was clean, comfortable and private. Having kayaks was a plus also. Wished we could have stayed longer! Host was personable and timely with communications. You won't be disappointed!
House was very clean and in a great location with easy access to Jamestown and lake. Host did a great job setting us up for a fun weekend and went out of his way to make our trip a success. If we make it back to this part of the country again we will definitely stay again.
Beautiful property with excellent location by both a quiet creek and the main lake itself. Kids loved every moment of the creek, short drives to state parks, overall great time
The house is the perfect stay for a small group get together. Nice, clean, and so reasonably priced! The dock is a short walk and easy to tie up to. Erik was the best host we’ve experienced and had great communication before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for such great hospitality!

Thank you so much for the remarks! You were terrific guests and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
Thanks again!
Our host Erik was very quick to respond to any questions and very thorough and accommodating. The cottage has a quaint-private atmosphere. It is clean and well stocked, but the creature comforts are lacking a bit. The availability and use of the kayaks, and boat house were a huge bonus! We enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to Erik for his hospitality!
We had a wonderful week long stay! The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Although we weren't able to spend much time in the lake because of the algae blooms, we made the best of it, and had lots of fun with the games in the house/boat house, and checking out what the surrounding towns have to offer. Erik has excellent communication, and the whole process was simple and stress free!
Erik was great to work with and went out of his way to help us gain 2 more kayaks for our travelers. The house is in a great spot near the lake and it was a great time
