Relaxed family holiday house close to beach.
Quiet, relaxed, two-story holiday house 10 minute walk to swimming beach, cafe and store. Enjoy an easy dinner on the deck or relaxing morning cup of tea in the bright and airy sitting room. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer plenty of sleeping arrangements for a weekend with friends or a family holiday at the beach. Two trundle beds in the large downstairs playroom make up four single beds with plenty of room to spread out. There is also a regulation portacot, high chair and baby gates available for use as well as toys and books to make a family holiday as easy as possible. Sheets and towels are not available however there are pillows and doonas for use. All bedrooms have heating and upstairs bedrooms have cooling and ceiling fans. This house is a simple and comfortable place to unwind and connect with friends and family. There is no internet connection or fancy linen but there are board games, books and comfortable beds! There is a Smart TV connected to an aerial with streaming services available via your hot spot, as well as a bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is well-equipped and essential ingredients are available but please bring fresh food and milk. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive and has everything you could possibly want and is also near good restaurants, a pub, pizza and fish and chips.

Somers has been our family holiday destination for over 40 years. We really believe it is the best place on the Peninsula and want to share its unique and untouched beauty with other like-minded people.
Why they chose this property
Native gardens and bush land parks and playgrounds, quiet streets and unspoilt beaches free from motor boats and jet skis, along with the occasional koala spotting makes Somers the perfect place for a holiday.
What makes this property unique
Our house is simple, unfussy and comfortable. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach or coffee at the Store and a minutes walk to playgrounds and open park. There is also a backyard, large deck and lots of easy places to sit and read or talk. Somers has abundant walking tracks including Coolart Wetlands. It is a 10 minute drive to Hastings and the Warringine Wetland and boardwalk. Thera are also bike paths all the way to Hastings and Balnarring suitable for all levels of bike rider. If it’s not beach weather our favourite place to go is the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne, 35 minutes drive away.
