My husband and I enjoyed the stay for the time that we spent in the room. The only issue we had was the ice machine didnt work and not being familiar with the area we didnt want to venture out to find any.

This house was perfect. We used uber to downtown Washington DC with no problem. My husband was amazed at the details for amenities. The Qtips, soft towels, great coffee, quality toilet paper, great bed/covers and the best was the tissue by the bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Linens and sharp knives are make or break for me - and both were totally a WIN! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it. Loved the outlet accessibility l, the amenities provided in the office, and the fact that the creamers were in the fridge. Would definitely stay again.

This place was above expectations. It included everything I needed and more. It was quiet and very convenient. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, I was able to park right in front of the building every night for my week stay. Public transportation and convenient stores within walking distance. Will definitely book while in DC again.

Fully-equipped kitchen; nice-sized bedroom with wonderful, lofty bed, TV, & black-out curtains; small office with desk perfect for computer use and shelves full of board games; living room/kitchen great room with fully-equipped kitchen, low table with pull-out chairs for meals or playing board games, large sectional, giant bean bag, and TV; stacked washer/dryer in closet. Looked newly renovated had all amenities, including some not even listed. Best of all was basically sound proof, not hearing anything from the outside. Host was very nice and knowledgeable about everything and answered all questions almost immediately. Again, super new, clean and spacious. Definitely could accommodate 3 adults easily.

Terrific accommodations and great host.

My wife and I came to Washington DC to visit with family for a weekend family reunion. We have stayed in many VRBOS’s over the years and this was without a doubt one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The apartment is immaculately, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. We highly recommended would come back and stay again.

Was in town for a show at the anthem and it was a short uber to the location. The Vrbo stay was lovely. The space is generous and the host was very attentive. Long story short I would consider staying here again as the space was sufficient. I would think about it twice only because check out is at 10AM which is incredibly early after a “night out.” I would recommend moving it to at least 11 AM. Other than wishing for a later check out, everything was great. Was really happy the fridge had ice.

This is one of the nicest vacation rental properties I've ever stayed at. The accommodations were outstanding, impeccably clean and well thought out. The sofa bed was quite comfortable, too. My only minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower was quite low, but that is probably outside of the control of the host. That's really the only thing I can think of, and everything else was near perfect. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone, and would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling from the University of Maryland and wanted to hit DC on the way home. This place was just what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door. The place was great. My family of 4 stayed. 2 adults, 17yr and 14yr old. You could make this place work for 4 adults, but one set would have to compromise on the sleeping arrangements. All linens were provided and the place was clean. Great communication from Ronnie. We aren't from the city and showed up late at night, but the area seemed safe. It was very close to the monuments for a visit. We would definitely stay again.
