Communication with Nicole was great. Location was very good- 10 minute walk to metro, we walked to Notre Dame (a little over a mile). Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The apartment was well kept. Not really a place to hang out in , but who wants to sit inside when you are in Paris? Great value would definitely recommend.

The property manager is nice and responsive. The location is manageable. The largest bedroom sleeps two, but it is in the basement (underground), down a set of very steep stairs with no windows. The second bedroom also sleeps two. and was uncomfortable. The futon/sleeper sofa fits one and is in the main room of the house with the kitchen/living area and directly connected to the bathroom. The place does not sleep 6 people. If someone is using the sleeper sofa, it is difficult to sleep because of the location to the kitchen and bathroom and leaves no open space for others to use if that person is sleeping. The unit was not clean when we arrived. The sheet on the futon was covered in foog crumbs and had holes in it. We had to wash the linens before using. The floors were dusty. The unit is in need of some repairs. The paint is worn and peeling from the walls. The place is a restored storefront with a big window, so there is little privacy and a fair amount of noise from the street. The kitchen nd laundry are nice.

I was quite disappointed in this property. I didn’t receive check in details until approx an hour before check in. I also received someone else’s information via email. A mistake I can overlook. The room number given was different than the place we stayed in. The place was stifling when we arrived. The owners had left fans, but it didn’t help much. I took pictures of the outside and inside to share. This place looks like a former business at the bottom of a beautiful apartment block. There is a steep ladder to go down to get to one of the bedrooms. Thankfully, we had teenagers who wouldn’t have a problem going up and down. They had an industrial sized fan to help with the heat. We slept in the bedroom at the same level as the kitchen/living room. There is a one inch step down that is very hard to see because the tile is all the same. I almost lost my balance several times. The outside has a large metal shutter that covers the front door. Almost a 1/3rd of the cost of this place was in extra fees.
Nice Property, would benefit from some maintenance and a more accurate description.
The property owner used the incorrect address on the listing, which made finding it challenging (and would mislead one to assume it a nicer property as well). The property owner also used verbiage "Parking available"... this is misleading. Strictly speaking, parking is available in every major city, but one has to pay. The implication in the listing (indeed why we chose it!) was that parking was on-site. Only after reserving the property and paying money does the information become clear.
There were also a few basic maintenance items that were needed... the toilet seat was so loose it could fall off, the one shower head sprayed water at the wall (not the user, due to a failed weld), the shower filled up with water due to a slow drain, then spilled into the bathroom floor and the adjacent living room (if one was careful, they could adjust the water flow to limit the fill rate to match the drain rate, ask me how I know!). The basement bedroom (the only one with real privacy) also has a water meter in it which clicks every time the water runs... that took some getting used to.
The area was nice, a quiet street, and we had beds. The temperature control was fine for cool spring days, and I cannot speak to anything else. Might be nice to have the user manual for the washer/dryer combo in the apartment, we looked it up online, but it wasn't perfect.
The propery owner was readily available for questions and spoke good English.
Four of us were passing through Paris for a couple of days before heading to Bordeaux. The apartment worked well for us, in a quiet safe location.
The only rather unique part to note is it is a former store front. You are ground level and the glass door in the living room is facing directly to the street so it is not very private in that way when you are in the living room.
