The condo was great with a beautiful view of the channel. Everything was so convenient! Having the slip for our boat and it was so easy to get to was fantastic! Jim is a great host and always available for questions with a quick response. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Jim and Ginny were easy to communicate with. They saved the day/trip after our booking through a different platform was double booked. Highly recommend! Perfect view of the main channel and close to many attractions.

Great Condo in Great Loction

This condo far exceeded our expectations. The place was extremely clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a great vacation. The balcony was spectacular and the main channel views are second to none. It was easy to park our boat in their slip. Jim and Ginny were a pleasure to work with.

great view and quiet complex

I have stayed at multiple properties in Osage beach and this one is my new favorite. Great main Channel view, quiet complex and easy access to boat slip via the elevator. Owners are very nice. The condo is well maintained and decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony and grilling food in the evening while watching the boats cruise by. Thanks again.

Wonderful!

This property was wonderfully maintained, there was little to no noise heard. Everyone was super friendly. The neighborhood was great. The only thing that I didn't like was the trash was so far from the complex, but I also understand why. That many people putting trash in one place, it's bound to smell. So I also think that's great at the same time! The condo itself was wonderfully decorated, well maintained, had everything that we needed. The owners were super pleasant and easy to communicate with. Answered any and all questions that we had, etc. Was a wonderful stay at this condo and would definitely stay again in the future and probably will again sometime!!!

LET ME START BY SAYING I HAVE USED "VRBO' NOW FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS & JIM & GINNY RYAN ARE BY FAR THE BEST OWNERS I HAVE DEALT WITH! THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE OUR ANNIVERSARY VERY SPECIAL! THE CONDO WAS JUST LIKE THE PHOTO'S AND THE FURNITURE (EVEN THE SOFA & LOVE SEAT) WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, AND IF YOU HAVE EVER RENTED BEFORE YOU KNOW HOW BAD THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE CAN BE. HAVING A SCREENED IN BALCONY REALLY MADE THE EVENINGS NICE AFTER THE BALCONY LIGHTS ARE ON AND "NO" BUGS TO BOTHER YOU. SEASCAPE ITSELF WAS PERFECT IN SIZE & LOCATION NO CROWDS AT THE POOL ( EVEN ON MEMORIAL DAY) WITH PLENTY OF PARKING AND JUST MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING. THE WALKING TRAIL ON TOP OF THE HILL WAS AN ADDED PLUS, MY WIFE & I ARE IN OUR 70'S AND USED IT DAILLY. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN FOR SURE! DONALD & BERTHA VANCE
