Welcome to 102 Hickman Street! This brand new house with beautiful private pool and plenty of room for everyone is located just over a block to the beach and boardwalk making it the perfect vacation spot. The driveway has parking for 2 cars and there is a refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a relaxing day at the beach. Also, a 60 Amp Tesla charger is complimentary! Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent.
