This lovely new townhome boasts an open floor plan, 1st floor ensuite bedroom, two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a cozy sleeping loft. There is WIFI available and NO SMOKING anywhere on the property or grounds. You will enjoy two community pools, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, two car parking, plus a selection of games, books and DVDs, and sports equipment. Located within just minutes to both the Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, boardwalk, and all the amazing local restaurants and attractions! Make this the next destination for you and your family!
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).
Tennis and Pickleball Court reservations are needed at least 2 weeks in advance.
