Charming 4-Story Townhome on Canal with Dock, Steps to Rehoboth Beach!
Exquisitely decorated 4 story townhome facing the canal (with dock) has a first floor ensuite bedroom with 1 King bed (2 twins together) and a 3/4 bath along with laundry. 2nd floor has spacious living area with dining and kitchen areas and powder room with deck off living room. 3rd floor has an ensuite bedroom with 1 King and 3/4 bath, there is a full bath in the hallway and another bedroom with a Queen bed. The 4th floor loft area is has a living area with two twins and a queen bed as well. Nice community pool and parking. Just 1 mile to the beach and walking distance to downtown Rehoboth Beach, the boardwalk and lots of fine dining. The townhome is in a quiet location, backed against the Lewes-Rehoboth canal and approximately 1 mile to the beach. The canal has a dock that can be used for water access.

The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
