It's no surpirse the owner is an architect, this stunning property offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat for travelers seeking an unforgettable stay in the nation's capital. Parking is available on street with a pass!

The Space:
As you enter this meticulously designed home you are greeted with a beautiful staircase, hardwood floors, tasteful decor offering a serene sanctuary and perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This spacious 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom home is perfect for traveling families and friend groups! The living room comes with plenty of seating and a smart tv which has all the streaming apps (netflix, hulu, apple tv, etc) to enjoy a movie or show. Our full sized kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, and all you would need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private patio in the warm weather! We are able to comfortably sleep 7 guests with the following configuration:

Living Room has a Sofa Bed that sleeps 2
Main Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed that sleeps 2
Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed that sleeps 2
Third Bedroom has a Twin sized bed that sleeps 1.

The property also includes a laptop friendly desk in case you need to catch up on some emails.

This property is located in Noma and is about a 15 minute walk from Union Market. Union Market is a Mecca of delicious restaurants, cafes, and bars. There is a Trader Joes about a 10 minute walk from the property for any grocery essentials needed. There is also an REI Flagship store about a 10 minute walk from the property!

Getting Around:
Park your car on the street with a free parking pass! NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro Station (red line) is about a 10 minute walk from the property, and the Shaw / Howard University Station (yellow and green lines) is a short, 15 minute walk from the home. Buses are plentiful in the area and you can catch 5 different bus lines within 4 blocks of the house. For those looking for something more active, guests can WALK to the White House, Smithsonian Museums, and so much more in about 40 minutes. DC National Airport is a short 20 minute ride/uber from the home.

Our group has stayed in numerous vacation rentals, and we thought Blue Brick Haven was among the top three! The house is conveniently located to Union Market and the Metro, it was super clean, very stylish, and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to reach. Definitely would stay again and definitely recommend! You can get a later check-out for a fee, but ask in advance to ensure they can accommodate you.

Great place not great location

Home was fantastic. Property owners resolved any issue promptly. We had a small issue with hot water not working first day but was repaired asap. Surrounding properties in disrepair. Near hospital and sirens all night long made sleep difficult. Felt it was overpriced for the location. Near a great neighborhood but not in one. Not yet anyway.
