The Copper Flat is an excellent place to stay for a getaway. The vintage home with its modern decor offers both comfort and serenity. This home built in 1910 has lots of character and stands out amongst the newer homes it is nestled in. The hostess makes the stay even better as she has added modern conveniences and a majority of your necessities are taken care of.

Megan was so welcoming and communicative. The Copper Flat was beautifully decorated and had all of the necessary amenities. We slept well and enjoyed a walk the quiet neighbourhood. It was a short drive to downtown where our daughter was competing for dance. We would stay here again.

Delightful accommodations

A beautifully appointed, thoughtfully designed upstairs dwelling. The hostess is gracious and responsive. The town is lovely and has a wonderful dog park (Dogford Park). A marvelous place to stay!

Our stay at the Copper Flat was definitely a great experience! The apartment was very clean and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. All the rooms were tastefully decorated and the bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy. The apartment is not overly large but accommodated the four of us quite well. We were fortunate to meet our host Megan and she was very pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at the Copper Flat and enjoying a truly unique and quaint experience.

Fabulous upstairs duplex in a great part of town. I thoroughly enjoyed my Monday to Friday stay…lovely walks, great coffee shops, dinner with family at the recommended Fume restaurant, enjoyable night swim at the Paris Community Pool, binge watching TV. Stunning decor with big beautiful windows. My doggie felt right at home too! Thank you Megan!

Lovely stay! The photos looked good, but the charm of the unit in person exceeded even those. The hosts did a lovely job making us feel at home before we arrived, and it was great to have a nice home away from home to relax in.
