This immaculate second storey Carriage House with a large deck invites comfort and is modernly decorated. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, this stylishly finished Carriage House has all the amenities. We have ample parking available for your boat or watercraft and secured indoor parking for your mid-sized SUV.
This property comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The Main Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the living room has a pull out couch. The property includes in-suite washer & dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, Wi-Fi and 2 Smart TV’s as well as a selection of board games available for the kids. Well supplied kitchen to meet all your needs making your stay stress free, enjoyable and relaxing! We are a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy Go Carts, Mini Golf, Sylvan Lake Golf & Country Club, Arenas and a Public Indoor Pool. Visit the numerous restaurants, bars & lounges along Lakeshore Drive while enjoying a fantastic family getaway, romantic vacation or business related stay! Great location for Sylvan Lake Summer Hockey School participants, tournaments and events such as Winterfest, 1913 Days and Canada Day Celebrations.

This is a separate Guest House on our property therefore no parties. Excessive noise will not be tolerated after 11pm. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property.

**Outdoor Security cameras are on the property**

**A rental agreement will be sent to the guest to review at the time of booking. Upon check-in, the owner will meet all guests and the same rental agreement must be signed before guests receive access to the guest house.**

** Please note that this is **not a waterfront property** but is an easy 7 minute walk to Lakeshore Drive.

If you require a playpen or other items please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly.

Please put all bottles and cans in green recycling bin in garage. Please put all garbage in black lid bin, located outside garage. Please put all recycling in blue lid bin, located outside garage.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking- No vaping- No drug use of any kind- No parties- No pets on the property. No exceptions.

No moving furniture. No sports equipment in unit, okay to store in garage. No dying hair.

Quiet hours: Are between 11:00 pm- 8:00 AM as per Town of Sylvan Lake by-laws. A rental agreement must be signed at check-in.

A Great Stay in Sylvan Lake

We stayed at The Carrriage House for five nights and had a great time! Kelley was extremely easy to communicate with and she always responded quickly. The house was extremely clean with a fully functional kitchen and plenty of little extras. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Carriage House was just what was needed for a weekend getaway! It offered everything as stated, was so clean, bright and open and we appreciated that the little details were paid attention to, so our stay was a very positive one!! We had a great stay at the Carriage House. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. If there was one thing to mention, it would be the ceiling fans in the bedrooms do not work to cool down the rooms. It was pretty warm at night. Otherwise, amazing.
