Modern townhouse just an 8 minute walk from the beach! Cozy place to stay that feels like home. All necessities included to have a great stay. Lots of near by activities such as the beach, trails and Lakeshore Drive. Games, cards and a 55” TV that includes Netflix and YouTube. Plenty of parking with a private spot in the back and street parking in front. Barbecue available on a great deck. The beach, bars, breweries and restaurants all within walking distance. Laundry available upon request. Pet friendly upon approval with fee.

The property was perfect for our purposes-a place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was very clean and quiet. It looked exactly like the photos. The booking process was easy and communication with host was prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We would have liked some sort of chest of drawers or shelves in the bedrooms so we could unpack our suitcases during our stay. Also need a shelf in the master shower to put soap, etc so it doesn’t have to sit on the floor. And a pot scrubber in the kitchen. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay!

The place was clean but sparse. Some issues with the wifi which have been mentioned previously weren’t resolved initially. Luckily when the rain came and we couldn’t go out the wifi miraculously started working again. Overall a nice place to stay

Perfect space for our family

This was a perfect place for our family to be able to come and go as their schedules allowed. It gave space to connect, play, eat and sleep that’s just a short walk to the beach. It’s a lovely home with everything we needed. Response from the host was super fast when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place but Wifi would have been nice

Place was just as advertised a real home away from home. With the exception of no wifi witch ment no tv and without wireless internet connection you can’t email the host for a password so had a quit time when in the unit

Sylvan Lake Townhouse Pet Friendly

We really enjoyed the stay! The place was very clean and organized! All the necessities you need are there. We appreciated the fenced back yard for the dogs to play in. The water heater had kicked out but the landlord was there within an hour to rectify it. We didn't want to mess around too much bc it's not our property. It overall was a great property to stay at! We recommend highly!

Attractive Modern Townhouse By The Lake

A pet friendly, gem of a rental nestled in a quiet neighbourhood close to Sylvan Lake and shopping! This is a new townhouse, spacious and immaculately clean with lots of room for sleeping and living. It has a massive wall mounted T.V. in the living room, full sized appliances, dishwasher, and has been thoughtfully stocked with just about everything you would need to cook with, or just dine in with plenty of dishes and glassware. We enjoyed many starry nights on the back deck, taking in the warm summer evenings, and although we didn't take advantage of it this time, there is a Barbeque on the deck with which to prepare those steaks & burgers! There is a backyard for pets or children to run around in that is fully fenced for both privacy and security. Each bedroom in the townhome is spacious, with ample closet space, and the Master Bedroom offers a lovely, roomy ensuite. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs, so no waiting in line in the mornings or evenings! There is also a half bathroom on the main floor as well. Overall, this is a fresh, roomy, well lit townhouse with pretty much everything you would need to feel comfortable and at home while travelling. We wound up needing to extend our stay and the owner of the property was easy to get in touch with, replied to inquiries or requests promptly, and was very accommodating! We had the best stay ever, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in & around Sylvan Lake, Ab.👍 Thanks

Family outing to Sylvan Lake

This is a new property, which we appreciated. Check in was easy as well. We also liked that it was pet friendly. We found the property to be quite clean. There were a few items that we had to buy however, and we found there were not a lot of supplies compared to other similar vacation homes we have rented. For example, we stayed three nights and there was only one laundry tablet provided. Being a lake vacation, many towels are used by a family and we would have appreciated more laundry supplies. Other things we would have appreciated include hand soap at all the sinks for washing hands, enough garbage bags to fit the cans provided for three days, and plastic wrap/baggies/tupperware. We had to buy all of these things ourselves during our stay. We also expected from the rental listing that there were four bedrooms, however there were three. For our family, this worked out as the additional family was not able to join us in the end but if they had come along we would have been very disappointed. Perhaps this was our oversight, but I am fairly sure the listing said four bedrooms.There was street parking for us most of the time, but it also filled up at times. We did park in the back of the property when necessary, but parking information was not provided so we assumed this was alright. Overall, this was a decent place to stay but not a place we would be motivated to return to the next time we visit Sylvan Lake.
