Located in an older neighborhood. Part of the owners house. Couldn't get the heat to work and was very cold through the first night. Owner came next morning to help. Would have been ok if more blankets were available. The bed is situated under the eve of the stairs, which turned out to be dangerous as i banged my head on it in the middle of the night and still have a swollen bruised area. We literally needed a place to sleep and shower and it met those needs. Wouldn't stay again.

We want our guests to feel comfortable and well-prepared during their stay, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t the case for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The listing description and photos accurately reflect that the unit is part of our home, including the bed's placement under the stairs.- You reached out about the heat in the morning, and we responded promptly with instructions and followed up in person to ensure it was working properly.- We appreciate your suggestion about extra blankets and will keep that in mind to improve future comfort.- The neighborhood and property location are fully disclosed prior to booking so guests can plan ahead. Thanks again for your feedback — we’re confident future guests will enjoy a comfortable stay.
