Perfect park spot

Beautiful views and comfortable furnishings. No better location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Our family loved waking up with a view of the mountains. We enjoyed the board games after a long day of hiking. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful place with great views and location

We enjoyed our stay here and especially view from porch. Location was perfect to enter RMNP or go into town. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Kitchen is small and sparse so not a place for cooking a big meal but we didn’t attempt this.

Great location

Short walk to the Upper High Drive Trailhead and access to multiple beautiful hikes. It was awesome to leave the car behind at the property and not deal with parking. Also much less foot traffic on this route to Deer Mountain Summit. Highly recommend.

Longs Peak Cabin magic

This was our second stay in 2 years at this cabin. The location is magnificent can't beat that view! The cabin was very clean upon arrival and well appointed with anything that we might need, including a fully stocked kitchen in terms of equipment. We appreciate the conscientious choices for decor and especially having access to the game cupboard because family time and unplugging is one of the focuses for us on vacation. Just another magical time again and we can't wait to come back.

Amazing cabin in Estes park

I absolutely loved staying here in this cozy cabin. It is right by the entrance of Rocky Mountain and a 5 minute drive to downtown Estes. It’s nice and secluded and we got to see some elk in front of the cabin. Check in was easy. The cabin had all the amenities we needed like pots and pans shampoo, even some board games for a rainy day. I would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place to Stay!

The home was spotless on my arrival. Though some of the fixtures and furnishings are somewhat dated the home is very comfortable and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. It's very conveniently located near the National Park and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I do recommend using a four wheel drive in inclimate weather to access the driveway. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Enjoyed the cabin

We have stayed in this cabin several times. It has easy access to both the park and downtown Estes Park, is located in a quiet neighborhood, and has a great view of Long’s Peak. It is well-equipped and clean. One of the best things in my opinion is the bathroom. There is a tub/shower combination and a really long countertop. Last year we had problems with the key pad to the front door, but this year it worked fine.

Great Cabin and Excellent Location

The cabin is a great location with being 10min from Estes Downtown and RMNP entrance. The cabin was very clean, comfortable beds and cozy! Note: firewood/matches are not furnished. A note with local options for firewood would be greatly appreciated. We hiked every day within RMNP so coming back to a cozy environment was amazing. We will be back.

Needs updates

I don't like giving poor reviews and so will simply say that we were disappointed in many areas. That being said, if you're not looking for a nice home for your family, this cabin will meet your needs with a good location and basics. My husband would not return but it didn't bother me as bad. It's a solid 3 stars, depends on your expectations.

Look no further...

First time visit to Estes Park. Location of home was convenient for entering the park. Wildlife all around house. Hummingbirds everywhere! Home is perfect size for our family of 5. Open the windows and let the cool mountain air flow inside. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room was cozy with great views. Neighbors are year round residents and we had a great time talking with them. Sitting on the front porch viewing the snow capped mountains was very relaxing. The home is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A 5-10 minute drive to get groceries at the Safeway. Do the 48 mile trek to Grand Lake through the park. Enjoy ice cream on the lake front and then make the 48 mile trip back towards Estes Park. Wildlife was amazing along entire route. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

Wonderful time

This is a lovely rental, very clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. The property is minutes from the Rocky Mountain national Park, and downtown Estes Park . One downside is that the photos don’t reflect the fact that there is a house directly in front of this property. It is low roofed , so you can still clearly see the mountains, but wanted to let other renters be aware of this. In general I have nothing but positive comments about our stay. (The only glitch was that the code we were given to enter the home did not unlock the door. However, we called the after hours number and a very helpful. Customer service representative did her best to help us get in using the key code, but eventually had to give us the combination for the emergency lockbox so we could use the key. ) I woukd highly recommend this property for anybody wanting to enjoy Estes Park, or the RMNP.
