Such a cute place to stay! Everything was clean and orderly and close to town. There was a problem with the toilet flushing, but Jeannie was quick to respond. Would stay again!
The best most serene time. Pictures do not do it justice! Right next to River, very quiet and lots of wildlife. Condo has everything you need and very comfortable. Highly recommend this quaint spot. Outside of Estes city limits so not as congested.
Location is awesome! A few minutes from Fall River Road entrance to RMNP. Easy 8 minute drive to Estes Park. Quiet with pretty view of the river and pool access. Condo is clean with great amenities for preparing your own meals. The biggest plus is quick drive into RMNP early evenings when times permit not required for wildlife viewing.

This home was just as described and even better. It was perfect for my husband and myself. The river was feet from the patio. We had elk walk right past our patio when we were sitting there. If in the area again we would definitely stay again.
It’s a very nice condo. Well equipped, comfortable bed & couch. We loved the patio, ate our meals outside. The river was incredible!! Such a lovely sound, so relaxing, it was nice to walk along the river and enjoy the wildflowers. Elk were a bonus, fun to watch. Highly recommend!
Very clean and quiet little place. Just enough space for the two of us. Loved the river in the back and how close it was to the entrance to RMNP. Hope to stay longer next time.

Hi Julia, it was nice to host you. Thank you and welcome back anytime!
The view of the river was stunning, anytime we came back to the place I would sit in front of it! There was plenty of space, the place was clean, and we cooked and grilled. Perfect location just 1 mile from the rocky mountain national park entrance! Would definitely stay here again.

Hi Monica, thanks for your review. Truly we loved the river just steps away from us. I remembered in the summer of 2020, we rented out to a couple (both teachers) at the beginning of the pandemic, school were closed/and only online classes. They were so stressed out and just wanted to getaway. They told me that they just seated in the back porch, closed their eyes, listened to the sounds of the river… was able to calm themselves down, feeling peaceful and sleeping much better.
We are glad we can share this magical place with all of our guests!

I work in medical field and so does my whole family. I have been practicing western/eastern medicine since 1985 in China and US.
Besides my busy practice, I love traveling, hiking in the summer and fall, snowshoeing in the winter. I am not a professional photographer, but love to take pictures. When you stay in our house, you will see some of my pictures I have taken in RMNP printed out on canvas.
I finished my doctoral program from CIIS with a focus on integrated medicine. I strongly believe our health is a whole health connects with our body, mind and spirit!
Everywhere we travel, we try to stay in airbnb, it makes us feel like we are at home. We can make our own meals that meet our dietary needs, save money and relax after a busy day. Better sleep quality without hotel noise is a plus, we can rejuvenate our energy, preparing for the next day adventures.
We have been living in beautiful Colorado for 30+ years (China is my birth place). Rocky Mountain National Park is truly a hiker's heaven, it becomes our best play ground and best place to connect with Mother Nature, relax our body and soul!
