This pet friendly single floor property features a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, and full bath. The living room has all new furnishings including a comfortable oversized couch, a flat screen TV, ROKU devices to stream your personal channels, WIFI, and a window AC unit.
Down the hall from the living room, you'll find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and stackable washer/dryer. The first bedroom has a king bed, a dresser, a closet, and flat screen TV with ROKU, and a window AC unit. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed, a closet, storage space, and a window AC unit. The living room couch also converts to a queen sleep sofa.
Outside there is a back deck with two chairs and a coffee table. In the back yard there is a picnic table, a grill, and 6 Adirondack chairs. Property is less than a10-minute walk to the Old Orchard Beach pier and amusements.
