Looking to entertain? The rooftop lounge provides amazing 360 view of the city and Lake Michigan. This outdoor space is furnished with dining tables, couches, and grills for your use. This rooftop may be the best place to relax in all of West Michigan.

If you are here for the beach you are in luck! The gorgeous beach at Grand Haven State Park is only a 20-minute stroll along the boardwalk or you can pack the water toys and surfboard and drive you will be beachside in two minutes. There are four additional beaches within a 15-minute drive.

PARKING
Parking is available with a pass from the City of Grand Haven in the parking lot located right behind the condo; the kiosk to purchase the City Pass for overnight parking is located on the corner of 1st and Franklin.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, lock box codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!
