Enjoy a slice of paradise in this spacious 4 bedroom home ideally located at Barrack Point , only a couple of minutes walk to 2 beaches plus ever popular Little Lake Reserve. Also nearby and only a 5 minute walk to, is Warilla Bowling Club for your dining and entertainment or you also have vibrant Shellharbour Village , full of boutique shops and restaurants, which is either a 1 minute drive to or a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the beach.
There are 3 living areas inside the home plus an entertaining area to die for, with a large undercover jacuzzi and outdoor dining for up to 8 people.
Other features include a kids play room , a poker/games room , plus a study complete with 100s of books to relax and unwind to, and also plenty of board games for some family fun . A bit further afield but all within a 20 minute drive are Jamberoo Action Park, Shell Cove Marina, Illawarra Fly and the beautiful seaside town of Kiama.

Easter holiday

We went with family and friends for two nights stay at Sunny Dayz and we had a wonderful experience. Our kids loved the outdoor spa.
