When we got to the house it had not been cleaned from previous stay. Host did a good job of getting someone there right away. We left for a couple hours for them to clean which was inconvenient but doable. House would benefit from more/better cooking utensils and cookware. Great location and fair price.

We stayed in this home over the Thanksgiving weekend and had an excellent experience. The property was clean and perfect for our family gathering. Check-in was easy, and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was a 2 min walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent and the communication was very timely. However, the maintenance on the facility is lackluster. The base of the deck is rotting and the bunkbeds were not safe. A solution was offered by the host to address the bunkbeds, but we were able to find a different solution on our own. We took the precaution not to go out in the deck. For the price point, we thought better care of the property would be taken. I am hopeful that enough reviews call this for them to fix it. These two items are safety issues that should not get ignored.

The house needs maintenance. The deck is unsafe, it was rotten and most of the brackets holding it together were rusted completely out. There was a pointed end of a screw sticking through the top bunk of the bunk beds just waiting to gouge someone or a child, the front door only works with the deadbolt, otherwise it does not work, (it does not close). There appeared to be dryed blood on back bedroom floor, the raingutters are falling off of the house, the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open, my wife, my mother and the kids could not budge it. The window tracks were dirty and moldy, the ceiling fan in the living room was balanced with a paper towel folded up and wedged between the ceiling and fan base, The return air vent was coming out of the wall. The lawn had not been mowed in awhile. The hot water was scolding hot.The location was great, I-trips was very responsive and had great communication. It had very easy beach access, and not very many people at that end of the beach, which was very nice. I believe it is way overpriced for what you get.

Outstanding location close to the ocean and a private path to the sea. Very close to downtown Seaside. Nice large home with plenty of space. Clean and good communication. What prevents it from being five star - carpets desperately need cleaned. Blinds are old and don't block light. Mattresses all are terrible and all need replaced. The biggest issue - they advertise air conditioning but there is no AC. Overall good but could be great

We had n absolute blast as a family. A quick walk to the beach and near everything in Seaside. Kitchen is super well stocked with all cookware too. 100% recommend this house!!
