When we arrived, we found the dishes, glassware, and cutlery dirty and had to wash them by hand. The dishwasher didn't clean properly. The kitchen in general wasn't very clean. Some of the chairs on the terrace were dirty with bird droppings.

We have taken immediate steps to address the concerns you raised: The dishwasher has been inspected to ensure proper cleaning. The kitchen and all dining areas have undergone an inspection Unfortunately, as you would have seen, we cannot completely prevent birds from visiting the terrace area. However, we carry out checks and cleaning to ensure the space remains as clean and comfortable as possible. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
