We loved our stay!

This was our first time skiing at Whistler, and the location was perfect for us. We were slightly off the busyness of the main village but still had a short walk to the gondolas. We really appreciated how the owner and associates readily responded to any of our requests and questions. The fireplace and hot tub were amenities we thoroughly enjoyed. Even though we had a studio rental, the layout of the room made for adequate space and comfort for my wife and me.

The support staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Pool and hot tub looking onto the shaded parkway. Right on village but quiet and serene. This was why we were horrified to find the place was a frat boy’s lobby. Stained carpet, broken dishes and blinds, dysfunctional balcony sliding door. The door locked when we closed it to help the struggling AC unit. We needed to call staff to let us in. Owner personal Crocks on deck. Brocken elevator. Extra charge for parking. I have never given a poor review but felt obligated at this price point and likelihood that families will expect and need more for vacation.
