LE TY FAMILY - Jolie maison Ă  Dinard

This pretty house of 120 mÂČ has all the amenities that allow you to spend a pleasant stay with your family. Located in the centre of Dinard, in the heart of the market district, this house has been completely renovated to provide you with excellent comfort.

Linen is provided and the beds are made, all you have to do is leave your bags.

Wifi and garage included.

On the ground floor you will find a tastefully decorated dining room and TV room. This room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a back kitchen with washing machines, tumble dryer. Access to the garden through a large bay window from the living room.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with two pull-out beds which can be used as an office.

Location:

Ideally located in the centre of the town. Shops and restaurants are nearby. 9 minutes walk from the beach of l'Écluse.

Nearby: beach club for children, sailing school, tennis, horse riding, Dinard golf course, thalasso...

For your comfort we have provided a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, and the linen is provided!

Ordelijk huis met alle noodzakelijke tools aanwezig en mĂ©Ă©r! Dichtbij het strand en de overdekte markthal. 🙁 Niets. Alles was naar wens. Dinard heeft alles te bieden voor een week vakantie aan zee. Mooie wandelpromenades naar Saint-Malo en Saint-Lunaire. Horeca-zaken zijn er in overvloed en van goede kwaliteit."

Ty Family We spent a week holiday in Dinard. The house is very well located, close to the market, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a nice stay. The garden makes a pleasant and private atmosphere. We were traveling with our two little kids, so I was happy to have a washing machine and a dryer at our disposal. The only downside was a couple of power cuts, which were promptly repaired by the agency. Communication with the agency was great at all times. We would be pleased to come back one day and can recommend the place.

Emplacement parfait. Étant dans le centre de Dinard, prĂšs des halles, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la disponibilitĂ© du garage. Tout peut se faire Ă  pied. Maison trĂšs confortable et trĂšs propre.

Der Strand ist auch sehr nah. 🙁 WĂ€hrend unserem Aufenthaltes wurde die gesamte Straße gesperrt und eine Baustelle eingerichtet! Dies verursachte viele Unannehmlichkeiten."
