Inside, Casa Privada unfolds as a showcase of sophisticated design and comfort. Two king suites and a queen suite each feature walk-in closets, in-room safes, and spa-inspired ensuite baths with custom tile, glass showers, and striking backlit mirrors, while a double-queen bedroom offers an ideal setup for families or friends traveling together. Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating:

The pool and spa are heated complimentary using an electric heat pump, which maintains comfortable temperatures for most of the year. Please note that during the winter months (December–February), the electric system may struggle to maintain ideal warmth. For guaranteed heating during this time, we offer an optional propane heating upgrade at $100 per night or $500 per week.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Parties & Events:

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. This is in accordance with City of Scottsdale regulations, which impose serious penalties for noise disturbances. Violations may result in fines and risk removal of the listing from hosting platforms.



Security & Safety:

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance for occupancy verification and emergency use only. There are no cameras inside or in any private areas of the home.

The roof top balcony is 100% off limits for the safety of our guests, especially when it comes to jumping off into the pool. Violation of this rule is means for immediate removal from the property.



Noise & Occupancy Monitoring:

To help maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment, the home is equipped with a Minut monitoring device that tracks decibel levels and occupancy patterns. It does not record audio or conversations—its sole function is to help ensure respectful guest behavior.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
