Vacation home in the Ardèche with a pool and a stunning view of the valley

The mazet Saint-Michel is a volcanic stone house that once housed a sheepfold of about 250m2.



The house is located at the exit of the village of Rochessauve; in a dominant position it offers a superb view of the Rhône valley, the Vercors and the Coiron plateau, close to hiking trails, a greenway, you will appreciate the tranquility.

Perfect for holidays with family or friends.

Small village of rochessauve at 300m and larger village at 5 km (Alissas)

Large house in the heart of the mountain, on 3 levels:
-On the ground floor are 2 independent bedrooms of 25 m2 with their bathroom, facing south with superb views of the valley.
- On the ground floor, living room, dining room, games room, kitchen and veranda form spacious separate spaces so that everyone can, according to their mood, participate in the life of the house or isolate themselves for a while to rest. There is also a bathroom with toilet.
-On the second floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower room and toilet and the other two en suite, ideal for a large family with children.

The exterior extends over 1000 m2 of land, including a sheltered dining area and a terrace offering direct views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Not overlooked, house in natural area.

Towels not provided.

Swimming pool accessible from April to October, heated in July and August and optional outside this period.

Possibility to order homemade dishes to be enjoyed on site. Cleaning fee is mandatory.

House protected by alarm system and external camera. Possibility to remove it on request during the rental period.

WE entre amis début juillet

Excellent weekend entre amis passé au Mazet Saint Michel. Le gîte est confortable, spacieux, la cuisine est bien équipée. A l'extérieur la piscine s'ouvre sur un magnifique paysage ardéchois et si vous ne souhaitez pas vous baigner, vous pouvez toujours vous relaxer sur la terrasse ou bien opter pour une partie de pétanque. Bref tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Enfin, le propriétaire est à l'écoute des clients, arrangeant au possible et mention spéciale au couscous réalisé par la concierge... Un régal!

Fijn huis voor een groep

Fijne week doorgebracht met 7 volwassenen. Prachtig uitzicht. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Serre met prachtig uitzicht. Comfortabele zitkamer met grote tv.Goede bedden, goede douche. Alle voorzieningen werken goed.2 kamers beneden met eigen badkamer zijn heel prettig en prive. Ze hebben geen verbinding binnenshuis dus even omlopen naar boven.Op de bovenverdieping 1 badkamer voor 3 slaapkamers. Een kamer heeft geen deur maar een gordijn. Een slaapkamer kan alleen bereikt worden door een andere slaapkamer heen.
