Panorama House located on the grounds of Panorama Estate is more than a villa, it’s an escape. The estate’s main residence, Panorama House is Italianate masterpiece which sprawls across 5,000 square feet offering 4 ensuite bedrooms sleeping 8 guests, designer furnishings and a newly updated kitchen. Nestled on 63 acres, the estate features and array of exclusive amenities: a tennis court with views, mini soccer field, play structure, fitness room, two miles of private hiking trails and a sparkling pool and hot tub.

Interior Details
Enter the grand light filled entrance hall and be prepared to be captivated. The main level features a new large gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a massive marble island with seating for six, and direct access to an outdoor terrace with an authentic pizza oven for al fresco creations.

The kitchen opens directly to the heart of the home, the great room, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the terrace and breathtaking views over Dry Creek Valley and to Mount St. Helena. An L-shaped sofa invites you to relax with friends and family while the dining area comfortably seats to people.

Also, on the Main Level you will find a formal living room with fireplaces and terrace access, a comfortable media room with an oversized flat screen TV, a large office, elegant powder room. and a wing with a mud room with washer and dryer, a full bathroom and a small room with a twin bed for a child, teenager or nanny.

A wide stone staircase leads from the entrance hall to 3 spacious bedrooms and a versatile office. The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, non-working fireplace, and balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom and balcony. There is a second king bedroom with a balcony, and a queen bedroom, each with a full bathroom. The office has a comfortable sleep sofa and a full bathroom.

Exterior Details
One approaches Panorama House via a gate entrance and long driveway that winds past the tennis court up to the main house parking area including the detached 2 car garage.

The wide stone terrace stretches across the home with commanding views, a built in BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor dining and a shaded sitting area. Stone stairs lead to relaxing in ground hot-tub and the pool area complete with umbrellas, and a shaded pergola with outdoor kitchen and seating. In the vicinity of the main house, you will find seasonal vegetable and flower beds, and multiple fruit trees.?

The nearby barn includes a fitness room, media room with a ping pong table, while the tennis court, mini soccer field, play structure and private hiking trails which meander through peaceful wooded areas.

Panorama House lies on a peaceful hillside, just three miles from Healdsburg Plaza. From here you are just minutes from numerous world-class wineries, restaurants and shops.

House Rules
Panorama House is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and daytime occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Any request for a pet to stay on the property must be approved by the owner, and an additional $250 cleaning fee applies. This fee does not apply to service animals.
