About this property

North Pacific Beach Retreat!

This beachy modern guest house is a dream! Two bedrooms with queen beds and pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with ocean breezes. Walk just three blocks to the beach. You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. We have security cameras outside to monitor the property.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Pacific Beach. Walking distance to a coffee shop and convenience store but on a quiet street and behind the main residence on the property. Very kid friendly too. We enjoyed the AC in the unusual heat! We cooked a couple meals there which you can’t always do at an Airbnb these days. The host was very kind and communicative. Easy walk to the beach too! And the parking spot came in handy.

Summer was an amazing host from the moment we booked the VRBO through our point of check out. The home is perfect for 3 guys who wanted to visit SD for the first time. Great neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend booking with Summer. Not just because of the property but also how welcoming she was and how responsive she was throughout our stay. This place is great! It was very nice and clean, in a convenient but quiet location, and the hosts have thought of everything to make it a great stay. We travel to San Diego a lot to see my parents and this is the best rental we have stayed in. Highly recommend!
