Booked and paid for a place that was 4 bedrooms, sleeping 12. Only to go to check in and receive a place that was 3 bedrooms sleeping 5. We had 8 people staying with us, only one couple. We received no financial reimbursement or refund for the mistake, and now that the trip has finished and everyone has gone home, the person I was in contact with who owns the place we stayed in, is no longer replying to my messages or phone calls.
